I am having the same problem in trying to cancel my subscription. I have left two notifications in the comment section, and also in a ‘Leave a reply’ section within their club membership page back in Oct. I replaced my debit card, made sure that no money was in the acc for the transaction date. Then 10 days later #@%& it came out. For a site that helps junior rugby, it is sadly lacking that – 1. it doesn’t get in contact with you. 2. Has no way to cancel.
I would suggest to whanau, think seriously before subscribing, unless you want to continue supporting HS Top200 ad infinitum. It really saddens me to have to say that.
